Shadowplay

I have been testing out new ideas for Shadowplay on and off since 2021 but will now be putting this project on hold for a while. I've learned a lot whilst making three iterations of the combat system but won't be coming back to this project for some time as I'm starting to feel a little burned out and need something fresh to work on.

Below you can find the first prototype I made for the 2021 Vampire game Jam, the first iteration of the game. There is also a newer version called Combat Demo, which is the third iteration of the combat system. Both are wonderfully broken, but you're welcome to try them out.

If anyone has any suggestions for this project, please feel free to let me know in the comments. Also, if anyone out there would like to get involved with the project, specifically to help with coding the combat system into something more robust and refactoring what I have already, then drop me a message.

This project isn't totally dead, just in torpor. 🙂
